SHIPPING POLICY

TOTAL DELIVERY TIME = ORDER PROCESSING TIME + TRANSIT TIME:
  • Order Processing Time is defined as the time it takes to process your order. We aim to process most orders within 24 hours.  However, orders placed on weekends may not be processed until Monday.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days so please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  • Transit Time is defined as the time it takes for the shipping company to deliver the package to you. We ship internationally and depending on your country of origin, products with high demand can sometimes take 2-4 weeks for delivery.  Free shipping options can sometimes take longer but we do our best to process each order quickly and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.  Shipping to Canada, Australia, The United Kingdom, Mexico, and Puerto Rico can sometimes take up to 60 days due to customs. ORDER TRACKING:

  • You will receive an email along with the tracking code when your order has been shipped.
  • You may need to wait a couple of days for the Tracking Number to update to be able to see where your package is.
