Refund Policy:
All orders are carefully packaged.  However, if there is damage to the item in transit, please email us at and file a claim within 5 days from the delivery date.  A customer service representative may call you to confirm some details.  Our policy lasts 30 days after the item is delivered and you can send the item back to us for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it.  If 30 days have gone by since you received your product we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Important: We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to return and exchange it for the same item, send us an email at within 5 days of receiving your item and we will provide you with a shipping address to return your item.

Return Policy:
To be eligible for a return, please send an email to with a brief explanation of what the issue is within 5 days of receiving your item.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.  Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days from your items delivery date.  Any late returns will not be accepted.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange merchandise that is not received or arrives damaged so we highly recommend that you insure your package (postage and insurance fees are not refundable).  If you need further assistance prior to returning your item please email us at and we will be happy to assist.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
    • These include but are not limited to:
      • Order confirmation email.
      • Order number.
      • Your designated email corresponding to the purchase of the order.

Return Shipping Policy:
To return your item, please send an email at and we will provide you with a shipping address.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  PayPal refunds may occur immediately.  Non-PayPal transactions may take 2-3 business days to process.  We do not offer refunds for "Free" promotional items as shipping will have already been paid for.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund please do the following:

  1. Please contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account.
  2. Next, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Handmade Disclaimer:
The following is true for all handmade products:  Skillfully created by artisans slight variations may occur in color, size and design enhancing the individual artistic character of each piece.  Though our photography tends to be very accurate, color discrepancies may occur due to the settings of your computer or mobile screen.  We do not offer any warranty on the handmade products  past our standard return policy deadline especially on jewelry and specialty items.

*Please note in rare situations international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Long Beach Cornhole does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes.
